   We (and Merchants using our system) may collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, phone, email, delivery address)
• Order history, preferences, and loyalty data
• Device, usage, and technical data (IP address, browser info, etc.)
• Tokenized payment references (never raw card data)
• Call recordings and caller ID data (where permitted)
• SMS interaction data

2. How We Use Your Information

   We use information to: process and fulfill orders, provide delivery coordination, manage loyalty/rewards programs, improve our POS and ordering systems, send order updates and (with consent) marketing messages, conduct analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Data and Tokenization

   All card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We store only tokenized references that cannot be used outside our secure environment or reverse-engineered into card data. We do not store or have access to full card numbers, CVV, or expiration dates.

4. Sharing of Information

   We may share the minimum necessary data with:

• Merchants fulfilling your order
• Delivery partners (e.g., DoorDash)
• Payment processors and technology providers (including LevelPOS infrastructure)
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

5. SMS, Call-Center, and Loyalty Communications

   Phone numbers are used for transactional messages, payment links, order status, and (with consent) marketing and loyalty communications. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and Website Data

   Our websites and apps use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and personalized experiences. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

   We retain data as long as necessary for business operations, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and service improvement. You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us.

   Orders placed through DoorDash or other marketplaces are also subject to those platforms’ privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

11. Children’s Privacy

    Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
